Rita Marie Rowney is a longtime resident of Schenectay. In September 1997, she established Homebuddies which has enabled her to work with animals - a dream come true. Her two pets are Skittles, a 15 year old gray kitty and Outdoor Kitty (ODK) a middle aged Ragdoll.
